Quantum Recruitment appointed One Black Bear to develop a new positioning and creative strategy to relaunch their business. The strategy team immersed themselves in the Quantum brand through research and workshops to find out what was different about the business. It quickly became apparent that when it came to filling a role no one tried harder.


We developed a new creative platform and logo that was used across everything from brand values to stationery to advertising, plus the design and build of a new website.

The campaign played on the fact that Quantum people look harder for the perfect candidate and used striking imagery of camouflaged animals in stark contrast to the usual type of corporate imagery used in the sector.

The art direction and typography of the advertising was deliberately made difficult to read in order to further reinforce the strategy of ‘Look Harder’.
