Transport for West Midlands (TfWM) have recently launched their improved West Midlands Bus on Demand service, which now includes the Ring and Ride service all in one easy to use app.

Customers can order their very own bus to pick up and drop off in a door to door service. The new app allows them book and pay for their trips, cancel, move or add passengers and receive travel updates all at the tap of a screen (the old methods are still in use for those who prefer to make a phone call). The service is initially being rolled out in Coventry, with plans to expand across the Midlands.
