A new look for the new voice in hospitality
HeyGuest provides automated guest interactions for the hospitality industry across voice, text, web and social channels using AI. It’s an industry-leading tool, and having been recently acquired by iovox – a global name in AI driven technology – it was time for HeyGuest to have a brand and website makeover in readiness for the next phase of their business growth.
Our branding team developed new brand architecture and messaging following a collaborative workshop with the HeyGuest and iovox teams to get to the heart of the HeyGuest offering and products.
Our digital team then got to work designing and developing a fresh website to house the new messaging and AI offering, as well as improving the user experience for the new HeyGuest global audience.
The site seamlessly identifies and localises for UK and US markets, and has been designed to effectively communicate the benefits of augmenting a hospitality team with AI technology to improve customer experiences.
